Device Data: Device ID for ESP32-linked attendance hardware.

Camera/Biometric Data: If you use proctored quizzes, images may be captured for academic integrity purposes. Images are processed server-side and not shared externally.
Payment Data: Transaction references via Paystack. We do not store card numbers.

To provide and operate the DIKLY platform.
To track attendance, assessments, and academic progress.
To communicate with you about your account and subscription.
To enforce academic integrity (proctored assessments).
To process payments and manage subscriptions.
To improve platform features and performance.

Your Institution: Lecturers, HODs, and administrators within your enrolled institution.
Service Providers: Paystack (payments), MailerSend/Gmail (email), Render (hosting).
Legal Authorities: When required by law.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

DIKLY uses browser localStorage to store your authentication token and offline data. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

We use HTTPS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and JWT authentication to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.

8. Children's Privacy

DIKLY is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us immediately.
