1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DIKLY ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

DIKLY is an attendance and academic/corporate management platform that provides tools for:

Smart attendance tracking (QR code, Bluetooth, hardware).
Quiz and assessment management.
Course and enrolment management.
Employee and leave management for corporate organisations.
Messaging and announcements within institutions.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

DIKLY offers a free trial period. Continued use after the trial requires a subscription.
Payments are processed securely via Paystack.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to circumvent attendance or assessment integrity measures.
Impersonate another user or institution.
Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the Platform.
Scrape or harvest data from the Platform.

6. Academic Integrity

DIKLY includes proctoring features (camera snapshots, heartbeat monitoring) to enforce academic integrity during assessments. By using these features, you consent to image capture for this purpose. Violations may be reported to your institution.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology within DIKLY are the property of DIKLY Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

DIKLY is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
